A little goes a long way, with each ~2.5oz bar yielding about 30 shampoos. Customer feedback tells us this product is also great for color treated hair!
The shampoo bars can also be used for skin and body. They just have added moisturizers that are great for hair and scalp health.
Some folks experience an initial adjustment period when switching from commercial shampoos. Optimal results may not be seen for 4-5 washes. Continue to use your normal conditioner through the adjustment period. Then if desired you can switch to an all natural shampoo such as a dime-sized drop of sweet almond oil worked through the hair with your hands as a leave in conditioner.
